So David Lee Roth is in  Las Vegas for the Electric Daisy Carnival and when he returned to his hotel Thursday night, someone in his entourage noticed Van Halen music coming from the closed door of one of the rooms. Of course he told Dave who got his film crew (he never travels without them) to follow him to the room….he knocked on the door, door opens and reveals a bachelor party happening with a bunch of 20 somethings. Dave says…hey we hear Van Halen in there, well I’m David Lee Roth and I’m staying just across the hall! While he’s saying this he whipping off his old man golf hat to reveal his now shortly shaved grey hair. By the look on the faces of the party goers, I’m not sure they knew immediately who he was! I think maybe they thought this was a “get off my lawn” old man guest angry about the loud music (most old men don’t travel with a film crew) and they apologize for the noise! To this Diamond Dave tells them to NEVER apologize for loud music, or the smoke in the room blue humor and for them to have a great night. Roth still has great hair, I think he should grow it back out and lose the grey, so the 20 somethings KNOW who rocks!
