I had the great opportunity of meeting up with Walt, the owner of The Great Harvest Bread Company who just had their Grand Opening of the second location at 1122 North 12th off of 12th and North right next to McDonalds with the storefront facing West. They even have a drive thru!! They are open 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday and they make all their bread in-house with fresh ingredients and now have new Traxtion Coffee which is roasted here locally.
