The two largest concert promoters in the US have decided to halt ALL of their tours through the end of March amid concerns over the spread of the Coronavirus. Giants AEG and Live Nation said reluctantly for the safety of fans as well as the artists, all concerts will be cancelled or postponed until the end of this month when they re-evaluate the risk level and if the Coronavirus has continued to spread. These two companies handle tours for all of the big names in rock including KISS, Def Leppard, Judas Priest, The Scorpions, Motley Crue, Journey, Guns N Roses among others. The statement did say that smaller local events they will leave to the judgement of local health agencies as to whether those shows should go on. This weekend Kansas was set to play at The Avalon Theatre. Just this morning that show was cancelled, they are hoping to reschedule the show for this June.
