This morning (Tues 1-21) Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne along with some of their kids appeared on Good Morning America to announce that last February Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. He spent the last year recuperating from a serious fall that dislodged the rod in his neck that was inserted after a serious ATV accident in 2003, but Ozzy was having other symptoms, including severe nerve pain and coolness in his legs, all caused by what Sharon said is PRKN2, a less severe form of the disease but very painful. Ozzy is now on meds and his tour due to start in March will so far not be affected.
