A massive 38 disc box set is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Woodstock Festival! It’s called “Back to the Garden-The Definitive 50th Anniversary Archive” and includes a new-complete reconstruction of the event, with every artist performance in chronological order! It’s going to be limited to 1,969 individually numbered copies and also includes 267 previously-unreleased audio tracks…almost 36 hours of music in total! This new box set will come in a screen-printed plywood box with a canvas insert inspired by the way the stage looked at Woodstock, plus a Blu-ray copy of the Woodstock film, a replica of the original program, a guitar strap, two Woodstock posters, a reprint of a diary written by an attendee during the festival, two 8 X 10 prints from legendary rock photographer Henry Diltz, plus a copy of the hardbound book “Woodstock: 3 Days Of Peace And Music” written by Michael Lang, one of the festivals co-creators.
